\r\n \r\n Alex and his team knocked it out of the park. Originally Alex went out to do an estimate and found wind damage to our roof from a past storm. After a year of back and forth with the insurance company. alex and rob with five star claims adjusters were able to cover the roof with insurance. We paid the difference for a standing seam metal roof. That is the only option if you want a metal roof. Yes, the cost is a bit more, but it will be worth the extra money. I recommend Rpc construction
We are very happy to have worked with RPC Construction for our new roof! We got quotes and talked to other local roofing companies, but RPC was by far the most professional, fastest, and affordable. The office team we connected with on the phone were always very friendly, Alex was very helpful coming out multiple times to offer quotes for both repairs and a full roof renovation. The roofing team was efficient and communicative, project manager Alex kept us informed all day with text updates and the team cleaned everything up after completely reroofing in 1.5 days. Couldn\'t be happier, highly recommend. Thank you all
RPC replaced my roof about 20 years ago. The work was excellent and dealing with the company is a pleasant experience. About 3 years ago my insurance company threatened to not renew my policy due to the age of the roof. Alex inspected the roof and gave my insurance company a letter saying it had more than 5 years left. Last December they replaced my old and faded roof and skylights. Nice job, great experience. I highly recommend them.
We talked to a few roofing companies about storm damage to our roof. I am so happy I selected RPC roofs they did an amazing job from start to finish. They handled everything with our insurance company making that process very simple. Compared to other businesses I\'ve seen in our neighborhood, I\'ve never seen one take Rpc steps like providing their crew with a portable toilet and power washing our driveway after the job is done. Then today we got a thank you gift, a nice gesture to show that customer service really isn\'t dead today, it\'s alive and well at alex RPC Construction, thank you
