We were in desperate need of maintenance for our roof. Alex came and gave a fair and honest review. He went ahead and did everything he could to make sure our roof was in top condition. Honestly, it looks new again after pressure washing it (and not a single broken tile). We appreciate the service and will call Alex again from Perkins. He really is genuine and wants the best for his clients.
