Alex stopped by one day to do a roof inspection as we had recently had a severe storm. Honestly, he was expecting a strong sales pitch and pressure to spend $20k on a new roof and wasn\'t looking forward to it, especially at a time when I don\'t have a job.\r\n\r\n What came next exceeded expectations. Alex said we had enough storm damage that my insurance would take 100% of it. Not only that, but he also handled the claim with them while I sat here and listened to them. It couldn\'t have been easier and what a blessing at a time when we really needed it.\r\n\r\n The rest of the process was very easy. We selected our shingle color, waited for permits, and soon after, the crew arrived to put up a new roof. They were fast. It literally took two days with the equipment and then a bit of cleaning etc. After the team left, alex even went out with this person rolling a magnet to pick up the nails the team missed.\r\n\r\n The entire process was extremely professional and efficient. So far all I can say is that the work has been of excellent quality. The solar company that removed my panels even said that RPC was a great company to work for.\r\n\r\n Thank you very much to all. It really was a blessing that he opened my door that day!
