We unknowingly had a large roof leak that eventually caused our patio roof to collapse. Rpc came highly recommended and I\'m glad I went with them. Alex Reyes was very knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to dealing with the insurance company and adjuster. He was always available for questions and kept us up to date on the progress of our claim. It was great working with Alex!\r\n\r\n Our roof and patio roof look great! Could not be happier! alex Rpc Construction did everything about replacing our roof in a snap! They are professional, knowledgeable and responsive. The entire process went smoothly and the job was done quickly and professionally. Clean up after work was immaculate! Our new roof is beautiful! thank you RPC
After getting quotes from a few different roofing companies I am very glad I chose Alex. They were incredibly professional and I really appreciated their workers on site who went above and beyond if there was ever an issue that needed to be addressed. Alex was very helpful and responsive on site and again went above and beyond if you needed anything. Jose and Danilo were also exceptional helping me with the process and steps along the way. My ceiling looks great, thank you!
I had a great experience with Alex Roofing. I\'ve had several roofs replaced over the course of my homeownership and this was by far the most pleasant experience I\'ve ever had. I felt valued as a client from the beginning of the quote process until the end of the job. Anytime I had a question or concern, it was addressed immediately. The workers were always respectful of me and my property. I highly recommend Rpc Construction Roofing to anyone looking for a roofer.
Alex stopped by one day to do a roof inspection as we had recently had a severe storm. Honestly, he was expecting a strong sales pitch and pressure to spend $20k on a new roof and wasn\'t looking forward to it, especially at a time when I don\'t have a job.\r\n\r\n What came next exceeded expectations. Alex said we had enough storm damage that my insurance would take 100% of it. Not only that, but he also handled the claim with them while I sat here and listened to them. It couldn\'t have been easier and what a blessing at a time when we really needed it.\r\n\r\n The rest of the process was very easy. We selected our shingle color, waited for permits, and soon after, the crew arrived to put up a new roof. They were fast. It literally took two days with the equipment and then a bit of cleaning etc. After the team left, alex even went out with this person rolling a magnet to pick up the nails the team missed.\r\n\r\n The entire process was extremely professional and efficient. So far all I can say is that the work has been of excellent quality. The solar company that removed my panels even said that RPC was a great company to work for.\r\n\r\n Thank you very much to all. It really was a blessing that he opened my door that day!
